I know you Friday Lovers guys are confident and mentally strong as a big mountain most of the time. Even though, I want to share a simple and short exercise to boost your confidence and self-esteem even more.
What we need?
–A block of stick on notes
(there is a famous brand you should know).
– A pen.
– A glass Jar with lid.
That’s all you need to boost your confidence.
So here is how the magic happens:
Before going to sleep, I want you to write on the stick on notes: Today is: (write the day and actual date). Then write 3 good things that happened to you during the day, 2 reasons to be grateful, 1 person you had helped and/or 1 thing you accomplished during the day that is ending.
After writing the exercise, you can read it and put into the Jar and close it. It shouldn’t take more than 2 minutes.

The clue here is AWARENESS. After a couple of days you’ll be seeking opportunities for yourself, reasons to be grateful during the day and you will be also looking forward to help others. The best of all it is that you will be challenging yourself to accomplish more things and faster. I’m pretty sure you’ll agree with me that nothing will heighten your state of mind than seeing yourself getting things done and reaching goals!
