I bring you a wonderful piece of information this week. The best diet ever has been finally discovered. This is a diet when you can lose all the weight you want, when you don’t to have to starve, your energy will spike to levels never imagine, but the most important thing is that this diet guarantees your happiness. Many people have already reported their progress after just 21 days of trying this diet.
To give you the best diet ever and that you have to follow for 21 days first I need to clarify something very important. There is no doubt that the diet is fabulous, but very different to the diets we are used to hear of. This diet is not particularly to lose weight. This is a diet which is good decrease your stress, anxiety, and the speed we want to impose on ourselves (or the stress we think we are suffering from.) It is definitively the best diet ever that will allow you to lose the weight of negativity.
Many are the spiritual trends, especially the TAO, also refer to the dual nature of Human Beings: Good vs. Bad, Light vs. Dark, Right vs. Wrong…
If I have learned anything from our new baby (and there is no doubt Ms. Fridaylover can confirm what I am saying) is that he lives every moment of his life without this duality: For him everyone, all other people are just the same person, there is no father, mother, siblings, aunts, Godparents. For him, we are all the same, beings who are just there around him showering him with love. It does not matter if I am all sweaty when I approach him to say hi or whether I am tall or short, beautiful or not or whether I brushed my teeth. Better yet, he is not concerned at all about the food he will be eating, clothes to wear, and what new things the day will bring along.
He indeed must be happy as he is not comparing “good” with “bad”, because he is not yet able to understand the duality and he inhabits the one, living the moment as it comes, without any filters or complex mental processes. To be able to inhabit in the One brings along many advantages that otherwise would not have been in this space, but of course,
would free us from an enormous energy weight used when judging, comparing, measuring, and focusing on the negative side we might observe in certain things.
And going back to the best diet ever, it is not that realistic to think that just by reading this post we can get rid of the duality we have been building for years. Not because we do not need it (and I am actually sure we do not need it), but rather, because Nature does not take leaps this way and everything needs to turn into evolution (not revolution.)
Having said that, the first step to get rid of the duality is through a diet of positivity and thankfulness.
I challenge you, for 21 days, to take this diet of positivity consisting in focusing on only seeing the positive side of things and writing down in sticky notes (just as we did in the post about Increasing your self-esteem) 7 positive things as well as to feel thankful every day for 21 days.
Why focus on one side (the positive side in this case) if we want to live in the One without any split? Simply because we should start by focusing on one of the sides and we definitively want just positive things in our lives!
After 21 days I promise you that the best diet ever is going to make us lose the negative weight, the stress burden, and the anxiety that creates duality. This will increase motivation, the energy level, positive attitude, and therefore happiness.
